Hi! I know I’ve been absent for just a little while… I don’t have a “real” post today in the sense that I don’t have a new recipe or any tips, but I wanted to publish something because it’s been way too long!
If you don’t know me personally or don’t follow me on Instagram, you probably don’t know that where I’ve been is planning a wedding (and then actually getting married)! It’s been a particularly busy time at work too the past few months (when it rains it pours, amiright?), so my life has basically been: work, sleep, plan wedding, repeat. In order to preserve my sanity, what little free time I had left over was spent either working out or… staring at the wall I think 😂

But now that all the craziness is over, I’m really looking forward to taking most of that energy that was directed towards wedding planning and putting it toward writing more frequently! I really missed having time to dedicate to the blog, and I have probably about half a dozen posts drafted in my head or in various notebooks or digitally, haha.
I’ve got another post started to continue my series on acne, and a LONG overview post about things to do in Florence (as a companion to this one about where to eat!). And I’ll probably post some wedding pictures here once we get them, because I suspect that I’m not the only person who has a weird love of looking through pictures of other people’s lives 😉… And maybe I’ll do Tulum travel post, which is where we went on our honeymoon!
Like I’ve mentioned before, I want to continue to expand this blog beyond just the low FODMAP diet, and talk about health in other aspects of my life as well. I plan on doing some reflecting and brainstorming here in the next few months on content, so please let me know if you – the wide wide internet – have any requests! Are there any questions you have, or topics you want to see addressed? I don’t pretend to be an expert on everything, but we can all certainly learn together.
